Before some days I found my old memory and obviously I wanted to use it again. But I’ve a habit of keeping all the things password protected and as usual I didn’t remember its password. Anyhow I figured it out that how to remove memory card password very easily with just few steps.
So I though many people might be suffering and might want to remove memory card password to use it again and so I came up with this tutorial. Method 1: How to Remove Memory Card Password (Micro SD) Using Fexplorer Software ?
This method is quite simple all you need to do is just follow the steps which I’ve mentioned below.
Step 1: You must have used Nokia Symbian OS Phones before so in this method we are going to need it.
Step 2: Insert your memory card into your symbian phone.
Step 3: Now download the Fexplorer software from here.
Step 4: Once the download is completed install the software on your device and then afterwards open Fexplorer and find the file called “MMCSTORE” in C Drive.
Step 5: Now connect your symbian phone to your PC and send MMCSTORE file to your computer.
Step 6: Now open that MMCSTORE file with notepad and at the end you’ll find your Password.
It looks easy right ? told yah! it is so easy that even a fifth grade kid can do it so why can’t you ?

Even this method is also damn easy all you need to do is just follow the steps which I’ve mentioned below:
Step 1: Download X-PLORE software from here or google it.
Step 2: Open and install X-PLORE software into your symbian phone.
Step 3: Once installation is done open the x-PLORE software and pass the numeric value zero (0).
Step 4: Now choose the option “SHOW THE SYSTEM FILES”.
Step 5: Now go to C:/sys/data/mmcstore and after that press the numeric 3 to enable HEX_VIEWER.
Step 6: Now you will find the some values like TMSD02G (c ??”? x???4?6?2?1?2) in third coloumn. Simple remove or neglect the question mark “?” from the above code and you’ll find your password.
So the password will be like 46212. And you’re good to go. Bingo!
Method 3: Remove Memory Card Password by Formatting
You can simply format you memory card as you format other things and your memory card password will be removed.
Note: While formatting the memory card the system might ask you for the password so simply put 0000 (4 times zero’s) in the password and hit enter. This will remove your password completely. But it will also remove your memory card data so make sure there is no important data in it and if you are not sure then use the above methods which I’ve mentioned.
